Acne breakouts can hurt your skin as well as your self-confidence. Most people having breakouts would nod to this. Beautiful skin is not just a cosmetic achievement. 1. Amla is known to be a natural blood purifier and is rich in vitamin C. It has cooling nature. Amla can be consumed raw or applied on the skin in the form of paste. Amla juice can be consumed daily for acne and other skin problems associated with pitta dosha. If Amla juice is not available then you should use 1 tsp Amla powder along with normal water. For application on the skin, a herbal paste can be prepared with Amla powder mixed with aloe vera gel or normal water. It soothes the skin and performs cleansing action on the skin. 2.
